The website has been developed by the company PYLAIA Single – Member Société Anonyme for the development and exploitation of real estate, provision of services, trade and agency (hereinafter “PYLAIA  S.M.S.A” or “the Company”) in order to provide information and services to its guests/users (hereinafter “Users”). The Users have access and make use of the Website exclusively for personal, informative and non-commercial purposes. By using this Website you agree to this terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”). By accepting the Terms, the User declares that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years old. If the User is less than eighteen (18) but more than thirteen (13) years old, he/she has the right to use the services of the Website only under the supervision of the parent or guardian, who accepts the Terms thereof.
